I moved here from California and have been through several treatment centers. True north by far is the best clinic I’ve ever been a patient of. They are there to help you get clean and succeed in life. All the staff is awesome and very friendly I highly suggest checking in if you need some help.

I am so thankful for the staff at Tru North. They helped me get my life back. Ive been to other treatment places and it just wasn't the same. Tru North has a great and clean atmosphere and they treat you like your a family member. Ive been clean 2 years with the help of everyone there. And i could not be more grateful.

True North treatment center honestly saved my life! I struggled with addiction for about 10 years and was in and out of different treatment centers and detox centers and was never able to succeed. I am a Dad to 5 kids and a husband, a big part of why I was scared to to give up my addiction was I just didn't have the time to go away, I also could not loose my job or take time off work to go spend a period of time in a center .Tru T North gave me the help and support I needed and I was still able to live the life I needed to to support myself and my family . I think true North gets mistaken for a methadone clinic but it is definitely not true, they do offer methadone options but it is far from just another methadone clinic. If you are someone looking for help do yourself a favor and and look into True North.

I have been going here for about 2 years and they have honestly shown that they are here for their patients! They really do care about you and your experience with them. If you need their services know that they have your best interest at heart!

I love True North. The clinic got a lot better after Dr. Baird left. He was the only negative part of True North. My counselor is awesome and a down to earth person. This place has saved my life and my Husbands life. We both have been off opiates for 6 years with no relapses at all for either of us. I believe that Methadone is a mirical drug. I just wish the Insurances would accept insurance. I don't remember the name of the nurse that dispenses the medicine but she is really nice and helpful. I would like to thank all of the staff that work there. Charlie is really friendly too. They know all their patients by name so your not just a number. Thank you for saving multiple lives by doing what you do.

The employees make all the difference! True north is the best! I would advise anyone who wants their life back to check them out.

I'm pretty sure I'm extremely bias because I work at the Front Desk but I absolutely LOVE this office! We try our best to make sure each client feels like they are in a friendly/safe environment. We know all our patients by name so you never feel like you're just a random number walking through the door. We take pride in our building and make sure its always super clean and inviting. Plus I pretty sure we're the coolest staff around :)

It is true that ethically we cannot "chase" withdrawals! We care enough about our clients to make sure that they are not putting themselves at risk for an overdose death by mixing opiates with methadone. At True North, we abide by not only state and federal guidelines and laws, but also medical and scientific research as well as client report to make the best determination on dose levels, as well as to dispel myths of methadone such as: "You build a tolerance to methadone" or "I need more methadone because I'm anxious all the time". If someone continues to use large amounts of opiates, methadone alone can only do so much for physical withdrawal symptoms, or the emotional withdrawal symptoms. That's where the counseling part comes in, and is a critical piece of the equation. Simply receiving methadone (without changing the lifestyle such as people, places, thinking, and not stopping the opiate use), will absolutely have no long term impact. The daily issues of life, ESPECIALLY THE RETURN OF EMOTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN NUMBED OUT FROM YEARS OF OPIATE USE, as well as toxic relationships, legal issues, past trauma, family drama, etc....all of that needs to be dealt with for any lasting healing and progress. We recognize that it's hard work and not every client is up to the task. For those clients, we often refer out to other programs which may accommodate the client better. We have all stages of recovery here at True North from those who walked in the door yesterday, to those who have been with us for over three years. Not every program is a good fit for every person, but we take pride in the fact that 100% of our clients filled out and responded positively to satisfaction survey forms, and that we have 3 year accreditation from CARF who also said their random interviews with clients over three days were extremely positive.
